A lovely family holiday venue situated in the popular resort town of Les Sables d'Olonne. A refreshing change to be able to do everything on foot or by bicycle. Ideal for low season breaks. Just 450m from the sea-front beach and with a fabulous daily market at 100m. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby (nearest bar 100m, restaurants from 150m) and the historic town centre is from 500m.
The nearby beach at Le Tanchet (1900m) is a well known surfing spot and following on from there, the Baie de Cayola offers superb cliff-top walks/cycling above the rocky coves. The surrounding area offers excellent cycling through the forests and the salt marshes and there are many signed trails along the coast. Les Sables d'Olonne also has a heated pool on the sea front, a zoo, a casino, night clubs, several museums, boat trips and the famous spa centre. Local holiday activities include kiddies beach clubs, a paint-ball park, kite-surf and wind-surf, stand-up, sea kayaking, jet skis, scuba diving and a sailing school. There are also two golf courses within 10km. Foodies will love the two fabulous markets close at hand and the vast selection of restaurants.

Ground floor : Attractive lounge with TV and wood-burner, leading to the dining area and well equipped kitchen. Double bedroom (wide double or can be made twin). Shower room. Separate toilet.

The dining area has sliding doors to the deck terrace with lounge furniture. The deck is equipped with an electrically operated slatted awning that can be adjusted for shade or closed if rainy weather. The pretty garden leads to a gym room including a running machine and exercise bikes. If you bring your own bicycles (or hire) there is a side access to store them in the garden.
Includes: Dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Wi-Fi internet, barbecue, electric heating and pellet wood-burner. Cot and high chair. Sheets and towels included.
