Situated on the edge of the pretty Vendee village of Rochserviere, this charming property offers comfortable stylish accommodation. Within walking distance of the village centre offering a riverside restaurant (400m), shops, a bar, pizza and creperie, tennis courts and the river Boulogne (hire of canoes during the summer season). The Vendee coast is within easy reach - St Jean de Monts and St Gilles-Croix-de-Vie are both around 45 minutes, and there is a lake with beach at 20 miles / 32km. The historic town of Nantes is at just 35 minutes, with lots to see and do. The famous history theme park "Le Puy du Fou" is at just 45 minutes.
Easy to get to by fly-drive, only 35 minutes from Nantes airport.

NB: To understand the layout, think of it as two three-bedroom houses linked on the first floor. Between the two houses there is a games room with american pool table, table football and games.

The left hand part has sufficent dining tables for 10-12 people, as does the terrace.

Parking for 2-3 cars and a further parking area off the premises at 20m (end of a no-through road).
Private heated swimming pool - 6m x 4m, depth 1m50, with entrance steps and safety alarm. Table tennis, amercian pool table, children's play house, table football.
Pool opening dates - late April to end of September.
Pets : Sorry pets not accepted.
