This spacious modern villa is set in a calm residential area next to a pine forest, and is just 750m from the nearest beach. 600m along the forest path takes you into the lively village of Jard sur Mer where you will find shops, bars and restaurants and during the summer season there is a street market selling local produce and sea-food. The pretty port of Jard sur Mer is also close at hand (just under 1km) offering a few bars and restaurants in a picturesque setting.

Les Acacias offers ideal family accommodation, sleeping 8 in 4 bedrooms and having a large open-plan living area. It has a large garden and benefits from a private heated pool along with a lovely shaded outside dining area. There is also a walled patio off the dining room.

A little further along the coast (from 2 miles) you will find the pine forest of Le Point du Payre offering a tree-adventure park, cycle trails and picnic spots, together with the lovely beach of St Nicholas (surfing spot), and nice walks into the fens of Marais Guilloteau (good for birdwatching). Ideal for cycling, with amenities close at hand (cycle hire available in the village).

The resort town of Les Sables d'Olonne (15 miles) offers a lively town centre with good shopping, a zoo, thermal baths and night life. At nearby Port Bourgenay (10 miles) you will find a good golf course and an aquarium to visit.
