Whilst the property is in a quiet residential area, within just a 1km walk you will find a supermarket, shops, bars and a choice of restaurants in La Griere. The lively resort town of La Tranche sur Mer is nearby (cycling distance), offering excellent water sports facilities, good shops, many restaurants and numerous holiday activities.
