This pair of coastal villas is set in a calm spot near to pine forest, just 3/4 of a mile from the nearest beach. The lively village of Jard sur Mer is at under 2 miles, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, street market stalls and a weekly market selling local produce and sea-food. The forest offers good oportunities for walking and cycling and there is an adventure theme park (1.5 miles)- ideal for older children. A signed rambling tail starts adjacent to the property, exploring the salt marshes and meadows, ideal for bird-watchers or just for an evening stroll. The properties are together in their own grounds around the swimming pool and terrace area. There is a sloping lawn area to the front, and the access drive has gates from the road. The pool has a transparent cover which is propped open during the summer season and can be lowered to allow swimming in cooler weather at the start and end of the season. There is a pool safety alarm.

Outside peak season it is possible to let just one villa at a reduced rate, the other villa is then not let, so the pool remains private. See prices below.

Satellite TV (some english channels), DVD, fireplace (logs provided in low season). Utility room with washing machine. Two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, shower room with toilet.

Villa 2 (more recent interior) - Sleeps 4 - Open plan lounge/dining with fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob and mini-oven). Washing machine, tumble dryer, satellite TV (some english channels), DVD. Double bedroom with basin, twin bedroom with basin, shower room with toilet.

Garden dining furniture, BBQ, sun-loungers, electric heating, parking.
Pool 9m x 4.5m, depth 1.5m max, open from 10/5 to 27/9.

*Note that there is an independant studio bedroom on site, with an independant access from the drive, that is used by the owners in order to be present for the changeovers, ie used from Friday evening to Sunday morning.
