Le Bosquet- family holiday accommodation in an attractive village, near the coast (La Tranche sur Mer), sleeping 8, with swimming pool.

This holiday home is next to the village centre of Moutiers les Mauxfaits, ideal for an authentic taste of French living. Bakery, shops, bars and restaurants are all to hand, within walking distance and there is a weekly market - fabulous 18th century covered marketplace. The property is just a short drive from the lovely beaches of La Tranche sur Mer, offering water sports, sailing, jet-ski hire, and 1 mile from a tree adventure park – great for children of all ages. Just 13 miles from the "capital" of the Vendee, La Roche sur Yon. There are two golf courses within a 20 minute drive and the area has many family holiday attractions and places to visit.
Le Bosquet is a traditional stone village house on three floors, situated on a side road just opposite the church square (not on the main road). Just behind the property is a park with a small lake – ideal for evening strolls - as well as a fitness trail for the hardy. The property benefits from a lovely walled courtyard garden (closed with gates) leading down to a further beautiful garden area surrounded by mature trees where there is the fenced swimming pool*. The interior is furnished in charming authentic French style.
 
Accommodation comprises:
Lower floor: Kitchen/dining room, small lounge with TV (most English channels). Separate toilet. Stone steps leading down to the courtyard garden. Middle floor: Entrance hall, double bedroom (160 x 200), children’s bedroom with bunk beds. Shower room, separate toilet. Top floor: Double bedroom (140 x 200), twin bedroom (beds can be brought together), Bathroom (shower over bath) with toilet. Private courtyard garden, lawn, covered dining terrace, barbecue. Gates closing the access to the lower garden and pool area. Table tennis. Lower garden area with 9.50m x 4.5m fenced swimming pool with ‘roman’ steps*. WI-FI Internet.
 
Reduced rates for 6 people outside 30/6 to 1/9, 15% off.
 
*Occasional use of the pool by the owners, who live next door, but priority to guests.
