This charming gite offers comfortable accommodation for families of 4 and is also ideal for get-away breaks for couples. Set in the village of Corpe, which has a bar and a bakery, it is only 5 minutes from the pretty town of Lucon, where you will find good shops, a choice of restaurants and a twice weekly market and near to the pretty riverside town of Mareuil-sur-Lay (local wine producers). The sandy beaches, dunes and pine forests of the Vendee coast are within easy reach (25 minutes from La Faute sur Mer) and there are many holiday activities and places to visit in the surrounding area.
Comprises: Open plan lounge/dining room with fitted kitchen and doors to terrace. Well equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, TV (French channels), DVD player, radio/cassette. Double bedroom. Bedroom with bunk beds. Shower room. Separate toilet. Large terrace with garden dining furniture, bbq. Use of large lawn garden and floodlit boules court. Parking (whole site is fenced from the road). 9m x 4.5m pool, depth 1m10 (occasional use by the English owners who live next door), pool terrace with sun-loungers.
The pool is open 26/4 to 27/9. Quilts,square and rectangular pillows supplied.
