Le Clos St Jean is set in a quiet residential area in the Vendee coastal resort town of St Jean de Monts. It offers comfortable accommodation for family holidays on the coast and benefits from an attractive garden and a private heated swimming pool.
The town centre of St Jean de Monts is at just a 5 minute walk, offering shops, covered market, bars and a couple of restaurants close at hand. Within 1 mile there are many other restaurants to choose from. The nearest sandy beach is within cycling distance (1 mile) and there are forest walks and cycle trails from just ¾ mile onwards (cycle hire available in the town).

The house has a spacious living area and is colourfully decorated throughout. There is a self-contained annex suite, ideal those who appreciate a little peace an quiet away from the family bustle. The exterior is nicely laid out with attractive gardens and planting and offers charming sitting areas on both sides of the property for finding sun or shade all day long.

You have the choice of letting with or without the annex suite at different rental prices:
3 bedrooms plus mezzanine, for up to 8 (+ baby).
3 bedrooms plus mezzanine plus annexe suite for up to 10 (+ baby).

Le Clos St Jean has easy access to a wide choice of holiday activities and sites to visit, including the pretty island of Noirmoutier, reached by bridge or by the causeway at low tide. There are also two golf courses within 20 miles.

Accommodation comprises:
Open-plan lounge/dining room with large satellite TV (some international channels in English), home-cinema sound and DVD, patio doors to dining terrace. Separate well equipped kitchen with breakfast table, hob, counter-top oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc.
Utility room with washing machine and freezer. Separate toilet.
Wi-Fi internet connection.

The rest on the ground floor - Double bedroom, adjacent shower room/toilet, patio doors to front terrace. Twin children’s bedroom, double bedroom with patio doors to rear terrace. Adjacent bathroom/toilet.
Annexe suite* – access via front or rear terrace: With double bed (can be separated for two narrow singles on request), en-suite shower room/toilet, covered terrace.
Fully enclosed gardens, rear dining terrace with awning, plus further front terrace.
Off-road parking for 2 cars (further parking spaces opposite)
Private heated swimming pool - 8m x 4m, depth 0.90m to 1.60m, with entrance steps and massage jets. Electrically operated roller-blind cover for child safety. Sun loungers, barbecue.
Pool open 26/5 to 6/10.

* When let at the reduced rates for up to 6 or 8 people the annex suite is not made available. (The annex is not sub-let if unused !)
