La Domangere is a spacious 5 bedroom detached property on a select development of 13 houses, in an attractive setting adjacent to the fairways on the superb golf course 'La Domangère'. The property is 1.25 miles from the village of Nesmy, which has basic shops, a bar (internet available) and an excellent restaurant, and just 4 miles south of the town of La Roche-sur-Yon with more extensive facilities, restaurants, attractive town centre, bars and a weekly market. The Vendee coast is easily accessible, being 20 miles from either La Tranche sur Mer or Les Sables d'Olonne. The property benefits from comfortable bedrooms, all of which are en-suite, a pleasant spacious living area and a covered dining terrace for outdoor meals. The attractive garden offers a lovely 10m x 5m swimming pool with access steps, a boules pitch and a built-in barbecue.

Large dining room, double French doors leading to tiled covered terrace with view to the pool and golf course. Kitchen with fitted units, ceramic sink, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Large sitting room with glass sliding doors leading onto the terrace and with view to the pool and golf course, satellite TV with English channels, DVD player. Utility area with sink, worktop & washing machine. Ground floor twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. Cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
First floor landing with glass door leading to balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom leading to further small bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Two further bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, both with en-suite bathrooms. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Under-floor central heating throughout.
Fenced garden, access gate to the golf course fairway (if golf course clients...). 10m x 5m floodlit pool (depth 1.0m to 1.5m), with safety alarm and entrance steps, spacious terraces equipped with sun-beds and parasols. To the side of the pool is a boules pitch.
Off-road parking for 4 or 5 cars.
