La Domangere is a spacious 5 bedroom detached property on a select development of 13 houses, in an attractive setting adjacent to the fairways on the superb golf course 'La Domangere'. The property is just over a mile from the village of Nesmy, which has basic shops, a bar (internet available) and an excellent restaurant, and just 4 miles south of the town of La Roche-sur-Yon with more extensive facilities, restaurants, attractive town centre, bars and a weekly market. The Vendee coast is easily accessible, being 20 miles from either La Tranche sur Mer or Les Sables d'Olonne. Nearby Mareuil sur Lay offers wine-tasting visits to the numerous local producers. First floor landing with glass door leading to balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom leading to further small bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
