This smart modern villa is set on the edge of the village of Le Givre, just over four miles from Moutiers les Mauxfaits (shops, bars, restaurants, market) and only 9 miles from the Vendee coast. The nearest beaches are at La Tranche sur Mer offering miles of golden sand and excellent water-sports facilities. There are two golf courses within a 20 minute drive and the area has many holiday attractions and places to visit. The villa features a large lawn garden, ideal for children's games (volley/badmington net), together with a private pool (9m x 4.5m, depth 1.1m to 1.6m) which is fully fenced for peace of mind with small children. The pool area is secluded and not overlooked... The interior is brightly decorated and comfortably furnished and the open-plan living/dining room has large patio doors opening onto the sunny terrace.

Accommodation comprises:
Open-plan living/dining room, Satellite TV (English channels), DVD player, CD player. Separate fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, etc). Double bedroom. Two twin bedrooms. Shower room with washing machine. Separate toilet.
*Annex double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. (Access to the annex bedroom is outside, but under cover, adjacent to the front door - mouse over the photo below to see this).
Terrace with garden dining furniture, sun-loungers, bbq, badmington / volley court, table tennis.
Quilts and rectangular pillows supplied. (No second change of linen is available).

Season dates for 2011 are nominally 18/6 to 24/9 - just before or just after may be possible, please enquire.
