Just 6 miles from the town of Les Herbiers (supermarket, restaurants, weekly market). The village is set in an area of delightful rolling countryside, offering sleepy villages to explore and many interesting sites to visit, giving a taste of authentic "real France" yet within easy reach of the coast (Les Sables d'Olonne, La Tranche sur Mer and St Jean de Monts are each just an hour away). The chateaux and vineyards of the Loire valley are accessible for day trips (Angers 1 hour) and the famous history theme park of "Le Puy du Fou" is nearby. The property includes a charming kitchen/dining room featuring the centuries-old bread oven. There is a secluded sunny terrace, paved with terra-cotta, a fenced swimming pool area and a large lawn for children's games.

Pool open and heated between 25th April and 3rd October.
