This spacious cottage offers comfortable accommodation for 9 to 11 people (5 bedrooms). The lovely character interior is delightfully renovated, retaining many original features, including traditional beams, stonework and terracotta floors.

The cottage has it's own individual terrace and lawn to the rear, whilst the front leads to the large heated pool (12m x 6m). The pool is fully fenced, has a safety alarm, has two sets of wide steps (great for toddlers).
2 miles from the village - bakery, grocery, bar/restaurant.
3 miles from town amenities of Les Herbiers.
Recreational lake at 12 miles - small beach, padalos, mini-golf.
20 minutes from the history theme park "Le Puy du Fou"

Accommodation comprises:
Ground floor - Entrance through well equipped kitchen with breakfast table, spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace, shower room, separate toilet, single bedroom with additional pull-out bed.
First floor - Double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, bedroom with double and single, bathroom, separate toilet.
Includes: Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV (French channels), DVD, terrace with garden dining furniture, bbq, lawn garden, separate parking. Electric heating and log fire.
Sheets and towels included. Bookings are FRIDAY TO FRIDAY.
