Les Semailles at La Haute Mare is a charming house that has been renovated to a high standard offering comfortable, well equipped accommodation. It has it's own sunny terrace for outdoor meals and shares the large heated fenced pool, the large lawn grounds, the table tennis and boules, etc with the other property on this site - Les Moissons.

Accommodation comprises:
Ground floor - Large lounge/dining room, separate kitchen with breakfast table, large double bedroom with en-suite shower room with toilet, further shower room with toilet, utility room. First Floor - Double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. Fully equipped, including : Satellite TV (English channels), DVD, Wi-Fi Internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, etc. Terrace with garden dining furniture, bbq. Parking. Central heating.

Shared heated fenced pool, 12m x 6m, depth 0.90m to 1.6m. Pool open & heated from 9th May to 26th September. The owners live on site (some English spoken). Quilts, blankets, square pillows with pillow cases supplied.

*For smaller groups, up to 6 people, the property is let without the downstairs double bedroom.
