delightful cottage offers an excellent family holiday venue, sharing
a large fenced swimming pool with one other property and being only
7 miles from the sandy beaches of La Tranche sur Mer. Set in the heart
of the pretty village of La Jonchere, it is only a short walk to the
shop/bar for bread and basic necessities.There is a good supermarket
at 6 miles and an excellent restaurant at 3 miles. At the coast you
will find many holiday activities, including water sports, sailing,
jet-skis, go-karts, forest walks, cycle hire, boat trips to La Rochelle
and island of Re, etc... Comprises: Large open-plan lounge/dining room with fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, etc), satellite TV, DVD, double bedroom, bedroom with bunks and single bed, shower room (washing machine), separate toilet. Terrace with garden dining furniture, bbq, parking. Electric heating. Shared fenced pool (12m x 6m, depth 0.9m to 1.5m) with entrance steps, shaded terrace and dining area with further bbq. Shared grounds and table tennis. Please note that the pool is closed from 8.30pm each evening and is available between 26/4 and 27/9.
