These two attractive cottages have been created in the former farm outbuildings of the chateau estate of Le Thibeuf. This charming historic site has been in the same family since the 17th century and prior to the industrial revolution this courtyard of buildings housed the farm manager, staff, the estate's bakery, the workshops and the stables. The cottages have been carefully renovated, with great attention to preserving their historic character and features and providing spacious accommodation in a peaceful rural setting. The grounds feature many century-old trees and the shared pool is situated in a separate grassy area, surrounded by stone walls and hedges, with a substantial latched door for peace of mind with small children (there is also a pool safety alarm, complying with the regulations).
The pair of cottages can be let together for larger groups, up to 14 people. In this case, the pool is private for the pair.

Le Loriot - sleeps 6+1 in 3 bedrooms. Lounge with fireplace, kitchen/dining room with well equipped fitted kitchen, cloakroom with toilet, 3 bedrooms (double bedroom with en-suite shower, twin bedroom, twin bedroom with extra single), bathroom, separate toilet. Terrace with garden dining furniture, bbq, shared grounds and pool.

La Huppe - sleeps 6+1 in 3 bedrooms. Large lounge with fireplace, kitchen/dining room with well equipped fitted kitchen, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms (ground floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom, twin bedroom with extra single bed, bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet. Terrace with garden dining furniture, bbq, shared grounds and pool.

Both cottages are well equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, satellite TV (some English channels), DVD, electric heating, etc.
Only 2 miles from village amenities (supermarket, bakery, post office, 2 restaurants, tennis courts). Easy reach of the coast (28 miles).
