Les Pins - Quality coastal villa with private heated pool, near the beach.

This superb modern villa has an attractive comfortable interior and is set in a calm residential area amongst pine trees, just 300m from the nearest beach. The private heated pool is fully fenced for peace of mind with young children. The lively village of Jard sur Mer is at just over a mile, where you will find shops, bars and restaurants and there is a street market selling local produce and sea-food during the summer season. The port is also at just over a mile, offering a couple of bars and restaurants in a picturesque setting.
Two miles further along the coast you will find the pine forest of Le Point du Payre (picnic spots, tree-adventure park) the lovely beach of St Nicholas, the abbey of Lieu Dieu (occasionally open for visits), and pleasant walks into the fens of Marais Guilloteau (good for birdwatching). The resort town of Les Sables d'Olonne (15 miles) offers a smart shopping centre, zoo, thermal baths and night life. There is golf at Port Bourgenay (10 miles) and an aquarium to visit.

Accommodation comprises:
Ground floor - Large living/dining room with fireplace (logs provided in low season), TV (English channels), DVD, Internet connection. Well equipped fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, etc.), utility with washing machine. Double bedroom with basin (access via utility room). Large bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 double bed and en suite bathroom. Separate toilet.
First floor - Double bedroom with basin, double bedroom with basin, shower room with toilet. Enclosed garden and off-road parking (electric gates), terrace with dining furniture and sun-longers, barbecue. Private HEATED swimming pool 10m x 5m, depth 1m20 to 2m30, with access steps, fence and gate, further outside shower and toilet. Pool open 23/4 to 1/10.
Quilts, blankets, square and rectangular pillows provided. Cycle hire available locally.
