'Le Logis de la Ferme' offers quality accommodation in the authentic rural hamlet of Lande-Ragonneau in the attractive countryside of the 'Bocage Vendeen', yet within easy reach of town amenities of Les Herbiers. The cottage is situated on the edge of the owners' farm, with a view towards the horse paddock and stables (site plan). The property has been carefully renovated to offer spacious accommodation for 4 to 5, with a delightful full height lounge and a generous kitchen /dining room, both with patio doors to the sunny terrace. The garden is fenced, as is the pool area, for peace of mind with small children. Just 5km (3.5 miles) takes you to the pretty market town of Les Herbiers which has a good selection of shops and restaurants as well as a hypermarket. The nearby village of Beaurepaire (2 miles) provides a bakery, a grocery and a restaurant. The Vendee coast is within easy reach for day trips (Les Sables d'Olonne, St Jean de Monts, La Faute sur Mer- all around 48 miles). Ideally situated for visiting the famous history theme park "Le Puy du Fou" - a fabulous day out for all the family.

Accommodation comprises:
All on the ground floor - Kitchen/dining room with well-equipped kitchen, separate lounge with satellite TV (English channels) & DVD, utility room with washing machine and sink. Double bedroom (wide double) with en-suite shower room, bedroom with twin beds and small double bed (120cm wide) and en-suite bathroom (bath). Separate toilet. Private heated pool with fence, safety alarm and entrance steps (8m x 4m, depth 1.25m to 1.95m) terrace with sun-loungers, dining terrace with garden dining furniture, BBQ, large fenced lawn garden, parking, garage, boules pitch.
Includes: Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hi-fi, electric heating, wood-burner (logs supplied in low season), WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS. Sheets and towels included (with change mid-fortnight on request). Pool open 29th April to 30th September.
