It's just over a mile from the charming village of Tiffauges, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and the spectacular "Blue Beard" Chateau to visit (medieval pagants and displays during the summer). The beautiful beaches of the Vendee coast are within easy reach for day trips (45 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne), as are the chateaux and vineyards of the Loire Valley (Angers 1 hour). Plenty to see and do in the surranounding area.

Accommodation comprises:
Ground floor: Living/dining room. Separate kitchen (including hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet. Access to riverside deck (40m²) and water-wheel, garden dining furniture and sun loungers.

First floor: Landing lounge area with view over the river and water-wheel. Bedroom (wide double or twin beds), en-suite shower room with toilet (walk-in shower, double basins), TV (most English channels), balcony. Wi-Fi internet throughout the property. Outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub, under cover - heated all year. Barbecue. Sliding entrace gate enclosing parking and garden. Under-floor central heating.

*As this is a riverside property, care has been taken to ensure that it is acceptable for children, however this does not replace the need for normal precautions and vigilance with children and non-swimmers.
