Villa L'Oceane - attractive villa with pool, in a coastal town, near the beach

Villa L'Oceane is set in a quiet residential road on the outskirts of St Hilaire de Riez. It offers comfortable accommodation for family holidays on the coast and benefits from a nice garden and a private heated pool. The charming town centre of St Hilaire de Riez is at just over half a mile, providing a choice of shops, bars and restaurants and there is a convenient supermarket at just 400m. Nearby St Gilles Croix de Vie has a lively fishing port and further restaurants and shops. The nearest sandy beach (Sion sur L'Ocean) is only 1 mile from the villa and from there you have the choice of the "Corniche Vendeene" to the south or the sands stretching north towards St Jean de Monts. Midway between Les Sables d'Olonne and the island of Noirmoutiers, Villa l'Oceane has easy access to a wide choice of holiday activities and sites to visit. There are also two golf courses within 10 miles.

*Note that the downstairs double bedroom has glazed doors opening onto the pool area, but these doors can be locked, for child safety.
