LE CHATEAU DU PAVILLON - character cottage on a château estate with large shared pool, sleeps 6.

Cottage "Carrabosse". Situated at the entrance to the 20 acre grounds, on the edge of the pretty village of Rochserviere, this charming property offers comfortable stylish accommodation in a château setting.
Within walking distance of the village centre (500 to 700m) offering a few shops, a bar, a restaurant, tennis courts and the river Boulogne (hire of canoes during the summer season). It's just a short drive to further restaurants and a supermarket. The Vendée coast is within easy reach - St Jean de Monts and St Gilles are both around 45 minutes, and there is a lake with beach at 19 miles. The historic town of Nantes is at just 20 minutes and there are numerous interesting places to visit. The famous history theme park "Le Puy du Fou" is at just 45 minutes (see details) and there are riding stables and go-karts in the nearby area.

Accommodation comprises:
Ground floor - Large open-plan lounge / dining room with fitted kitchen. Separate toilet.
First floor - Double bedroom (wide bed), en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet. Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate toilet. Twin bedroom (can be made double) with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet.
Fenced courtyard terrace with garden dining furniture, bbq. Washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, TV (French channels) DVD, mini hi-fi, central heating, parking.
Shared with one other cottage: Large swimming pool - 14m x 7m, with safety alarm*, sun terrace and lawns. Games room (table tennis, table football). Access to chateau grounds.
Pool opening dates - 22/5 to 25/9.
*Whilst the pool is not fenced, the distance to the pool allows peace of mind with small children.
