Situated at the entrance to the 20 acre grounds, on the edge of the pretty Vendee village of Rochserviere, this charming property offers comfortable stylish accommodation in a château setting. Within walking distance of the village centre (500 to 700m) offering a restaurant, a few shops, a bar, tennis courts and the river Boulogne (hire of canoes during the summer season). It's just a short drive to a supermarket. The Vendee coast is within easy reach - St Jean de Monts and St Gilles-Croix-de-Vie are both around 45 minutes, and there is a lake with beach at 19 miles. The historic town of Nantes is at just 20 minutes and there are numerous interesting places to visit. The famous history theme park "Le Puy du Fou" is at just 45 minutes and there are riding stables and go-karts in the nearby area, plus many other holiday activities in the north Vendee.

Ground floor - Large open-plan lounge / dining room with fitted kitchen. Separate toilet.
First floor - Double bedroom (wide bed), en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet. Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate toilet. Double bedroom, en-suite shower room, separate toilet, leading to twin bedroom (can be made double) with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet.
 
Full configuration, 6 bedrooms for up to 12 people, adds this:
Ground floor - Further open plan lounge/dining room with fitted kitchen (opposite end of the building). Separate toilet. Double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, bath, shower, toilet. Twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom, separate toilet.
NB: To understand the layout, think of it as two three-bedroom houses linked on the first floor.
A large room between the two, with tables and seating for 12 people, is available for dining together.
