This spacious modern villa is set in a quiet rural hamlet, 1.75 miles from the village of Thorigny where you will find a bakery, bar and restaurant (just 1 mile by cycle trail) and 2.5 miles from the larger village of Bournezeau (shops, bar, restaurant), The villa features a large enclosed garden and private heated swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 0.95m to 1.6m). The pool is fully fenced and there are entry steps making it ideal for children of all ages. There is also a boules pitch. The beautiful beaches of the Vendee coast are easily accessible (26 miles) and there is a nearby lake (6 miles) and many holiday attractions in the area. The pretty riverside town of Mareuil sur Lay (9 miles) offers an excellent family restaurant, punts on the river, wine tasting and pleasant walks.
