This charming Vendee farmhouse benefits from a lovely countryside location near a village, a magnificent view over pasture and woodland and is within easy reach of the beaches of the Vendee coast. It offers a pleasant interior including 5 bedrooms and a games room with pool table and is set in large attractive grounds with it’s own private heated pool. The pool has a roller-blind safety cover and the pool area is fenced off, making it fine for families with children.

The beaches of the Vendee coastal resorts of St Gilles and St Jean de Monts are at just 25 miles and there is a lake with beach, leisure facilities and chateau to visit at Apremont (9 miles). The nearby village of St Etienne du Bois is within cycling distance along the quiet lanes, where you will find a bar/restaurant which also provides bread and basic groceries. Just a short drive takes you to the pretty town of Aizenay (7 miles) which has a good selection of shops, a hypermarket and several restaurants. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area.

Accommodation comprises: Large lounge / dining room with view. Separate well-equipped kitchen. Games room with pool table, mezzanine over this room with twin beds. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. Utility room.
Lobby area and further mezzanine, leading to – ground floor double bedroom, twin bedroom, shower room with toilet, cloakroom with toilet – first floor, master double bedroom with lovely view, en-suite bathroom and toilet.
Terraces front and rear with garden dining furniture, barbecue. Large grounds. Private heated pool (9m x 5m), with roller-blind safety cover, and in a separate fenced area.
