Les Tremieres is situated in the pretty village of St Christophe du Ligneron, only 12 miles from the beaches and coastal resort of St Jean de Monts and 13 miles from St Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
In the village you will find shops within walking distance, including a bakery, a small grocery for basic shopping and a simple bar/restaurant. 6 miles takes you to the attractive town of Challans, which has a good shopping centre, a choice of restaurants and a traditional weekly market (Tuesdays). There is a lake with beach at nearby Apremont (8 miles).
The house is stylishly decorated, with attention to detail and benefits from a large garden and a private heated pool. The pool is fenced and has a safety alarm, size 10m x 5m, depth 1m to 2.2m. The property has a total of 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10, whilst outside the peak season it can be let at a reduced price for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms (see description and the separate prices below).

When let for 6 (in 3 bedrooms), accommodation comprises:
Ground floor - Large open-plan lounge-dining room with fitted kitchen. Separate small lounge. Shower room with toilet. Separate toilet.
First floor - Double bedroom (wide bed). Twin bedroom. Twin bedroom. Shower room. Separate toilet.

Plus the following when let for 10 (in 5 bedrooms):
Ground floor: Double bedroom (wide bed), with en-suite bathroom. Twin bedroom.

Well equipped, including: Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, TV (French channels + some English), DVD player, Hi-Fi, garden dining furniture under awning, ping-pong table available, sun-loungers, bbq, large parking. Wi-Fi Internet access. Sheets and towels included.

Further information:
Note that the owners live next door. Pool opening hours 9.00am to 8.00pm - dates 23/4 to 24/9. You are strongly advised to take up the option of the cleaning service for this property. The well-kept gardens mean that ball games are limited (there is a football field in the village).
